Leslie Leis is a residential REALTOR® that sells real estate at Infinity Group Realty in Fort Collins, Colorado. Since 2004 she has worked with buyers, sellers, builders, investors, and commercial property, developing a well-rounded range of experience and knowledge. She is a member of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She served 2 years on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and in 2009 served on the events committee for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®.
Leslie’s clients and deal size range from the multi-million dollar transactions down to first time homebuyer transactions under $75,000. She is the creator and instructor of “My Homebuyers Education” a class taught in Northern Colorado that teaches the 1st time home buyer the process of home buying and financing,
Leslie also specializes in guiding investors through rental purchases, fix-n-flips, and navigating the complicated duplex and multi-family dwelling ordinances.
What sets Leslie apart from her competition is that she is passionate about seeing her clients reach their personal, financial, and home ownership goals. She works diligently with each client educating them about every facet of their transaction. Leslie believes that education and knowledge are the powerful ingredients her clients need to achieve their goals and it is Leslie’s goal and passion to impart that to each of her clients.
Not only is she a REALTOR but she is very active in her community as well. She is a long time member of Horsetooth Sertoma, a philanthropic group that raises money for charity organizations like project self sufficiency. As well as the founder and president of the “Northern Colorado Professionals: a Referral based networking group.”
Finally, on the personal front, Leslie is a graduate of CSU who now lives in northwest Fort Collins with her husband, Jacob. She was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona where her family owned and operated an equestrian training center. She is a three time national horse riding champion, and still enjoys riding as a hobby. Leslie is also active in her church, Mountain View Community, of which she has been a part of for 10 years.
